1. Verify
  2. Getting Started
  3. Move to production

Once your integration is working locally with test users, follow these steps to go live.

  1. Buy a subscription. Go to the Billing tab in the Idura Dashboard and choose a Verify plan that suits your expected usage. If you expect 50,000+ logins per month, contact our sales team for a tailored plan.

  2. Apply for production eIDs. Using real national eIDs requires formal approval and production certificates from the respective national authorities.

Each eID provider has specific requirements. Approval and certificate issuance can take up to three weeks, so start the application process as early as possible.

  1. Set up your production domain and application.

    • Change the environment from Test to Production in the top left corner of your Idura Dashboard.
    • Go to the Domains tab and register a production domain. If your domain ends with anything other than idura.broker, we recommend choosing Managed SSL certificate so Idura handles the certificate.
    • Go to the Applications tab and create your production application. The client ID of your production application must be unique.
  2. Update your codebase. Configure your website or application with the new production domain and API credentials. You are now ready to accept real eID logins in your production application. Run a quick test with a real eID to verify everything is working as expected.
