The process for ordering Swedish BankID has been simplified and streamlined, such that we can process your orders faster. In practice, this should result in more orders being approved first try, allowing you to go live faster.
Instead of manually filling out a PDF form and emailing it to us, orders are now submitted directly from the Idura dashboard. The dashboard order form guides you through the required information and shows the status of your order as it is being processed.
